Tuition: To make things easier and more streamlined we are switching to a system of
post-dated checks or auto-debit from a checking account or auto-charge on a credit card
for fee collection. The fees are still paid monthly. Return with the registration form a void
check to withdraw the monthly fees from your checking account or a credit card number
for monthly tuition charges. Drafts will be taken out at the 15th of each month. If you
need to stop lessons before May, simply inform us in writing one month in advance and
we stop charges on your bank account or credit card after the one month notice.
Account Policies:
- Dale Serrano desires to provide the best learning environment for our students;
however we need parents' cooperation in order to achieve this objective.
- VISA/MASTERCARD are accepted
- We will email your statements monthly unless otherwise requested.
- Please make all checks payable to Dale Serrano Dance, Inc.
- Accounts paid yearly by Sept. 20th. will receive a 10% discount.
- Accounts paid biannually will receive a 5% discount.
- For your payment convenience we offer a 1. Monthly auto draft option 2.Post
dated checks or 3. Auto debit from a checking account.
- Accounts must not exceed $200 or accounts past due longer than 60 days will result
in non-participation of that student in classes until tuition has been paid. The
TEACHER has the right to refuse the child's participation in the recital due to
missed classes.
- There will be no tuition reduction for classes unattended.
- Return Check Fee: We charge $30 on all returned checks. If this becomes a recurring
problem, we will only accept CASH or MONEY ORDERS.
Costume Expenses:
The projected cost for two dance recital costumes will be approximately $70 each
costume except for team members. A $95 costume deposit for a non team member and
$115.00 for a team member must be paid by October 20th . The remaining balance will
be due by January 20th. Costumes will be given out the first of the week of February.
Dress:
For uniformity, we prefer that students wear the Dale Serrano Leotard each week.
Please wear a cover-up to and from class. Shoes and dancewear are available throughout
the year - 608-2922.
Recital:
Participation in the rectial is optional. We must receive a written notice by November
1st that you will not be participating or your costume will be ordered and the charge
will be non-refundable. The Recital Fee is $55 per family, which will be due April
20th.
